Aiptek Camcorders The price on this camcorder is a great deal.The Aiptek HD Camcorder is probably the cheapest HD Camcorder on the market today. Keep in mind that this camcorder isn't as feature rich as a Sanyo Xacti (which will cost you around $200 more). This camcorder will not amaze you with a zoom lens or the highest quality HD video, but it does have some great little features, and you cannot beat the price.

Canon MiniDV Camcorders (Short Review For Canon ZR950) Pros: Great video, great 48x advanced zoom, looks great, ease of use and Vista ready. Cons: Cannot tranfer files without a firewire, the USB only trasfers images, it doesn't come with video editing software, the CD that comes with it only edits still photos.

JVC MiniDV Camcorders Nice little camcorder for the price. The picture quality isn't as great as the higher priced camcorders, but it is worht the cost. It's a great cheap camcorder to take on hiking trips, camping trips where you would worry about breaking or damaging a more expensive camcorder. Also great for someone who doesn't plan on usng a camocrder more than 3 times a year and doesn't want to tie up alot of money on something more expensive.

Panasonic MiniDV Camocorders These camcorders are nice if you are beginning filmmaking or you just want an inexpensive camcorder to record your special moments with. At first glance you will never notice that these are "lower end" camcorders" because of their design. Lower end just means "Entry Level", there is nothing wrong with the Panasonic's performance at all! You really cannot go wrong here for the price.
